  • How much substrate does flexo makeready waste on a typical job? Flexo Makeready Loss depends on the number of colors, web width, and how fast the press comes into register. A single-color job might waste 100 to 200 feet, while a six-color process job commonly burns 500 to 1,500 feet getting color and registration set.
